Services
We provide the following services on the instructions of our clients and within the business scope approved in our business licence. We are not a party to the sale and purchase contract between the client and the supplier.

01Supplier information
Based on the client's requirements for specifications, volume range and delivery terms, we collect public information on suppliers in Russia, help the client send enquiries, and compile the company documents provided by suppliers for the client's own review.
02Support in negotiations
We help the client communicate with suppliers, arrange meetings and keep track of each side's positions and open points. Working languages: Chinese, Russian, English.
03Coordination of commercial terms
We help both sides compare and consolidate the commercial terms of the contract: quality specifications, delivery terms, inspection and the list of documents. The contract is signed directly by the supplier and the importer; the legal review is done by the client's lawyers.
04Follow-up of contract performance
We track delivery progress, help the parties check and exchange bills of lading, quality certificates, certificates of origin and other documents, and help the client communicate with the carrier, inspection company and customs broker it has chosen.
05Information on energy trade
We compile public information on the export trade in liquid hydrocarbons from Russia, including product standards, transport modes and document requirements.
How we work

direct payment for goods
Russia
Hangzhou Huanjing Consulting Management Co., Ltd. provides consulting services under a service agreement with the buyer, and the service fee is paid by the buyer. We do not take title to goods and do not handle payments for goods.
- Service agreement — The client signs a service agreement with us that sets out the scope of services and the service fee. The fee is paid by the client.
- Requirements — We confirm the specifications, volume range, delivery terms and the importer (the client itself or a company appointed by the client that holds the required authorisations).
- Supplier information and enquiries — We collect supplier information, help send enquiries, and compile supplier documents and offers for the client's decision.
- Negotiations and contract — We support negotiations. The sale and purchase contract is signed directly between the supplier and the importer; we are not a party to it.
- Follow-up — We help coordinate documents, logistics and inspection. The importer pays the supplier directly; we do not handle payments for goods.
- Settlement — The service fee is settled under the service agreement.
Scope limitations
- We are not a party to sale and purchase contracts and do not take title to goods.
- We do not import or sell crude oil, gas condensate or other energy products, and do not act as import agent for them in our own name.
- We do not trade in, store or transport hazardous chemicals.
- We do not operate refining or other processing facilities.
- We do not handle payments for goods or provide payment or settlement services.
- We do not carry out customs clearance; it is done by the customs broker appointed by the importer.
- We do not give legal advice; contracts are reviewed by each party's lawyers.
